Royal Yemen Sidr honey originates in Yemen’s Hadramaut Mountains, and it is only harvested once each year which makes the supplies lower than the demand. It has been used for its medicinal properties for over 7,000 years, produced by bees who gather the materials from the sidr tree found in Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

Yemen has long been renowned for producing some of the best honey in the world, often compared to Mānuka honey from New Zealand. Some of the highest quality, and purest, comes from bees fed exclusively on the flowers of the sidr, producing pale-colored honey with a fiery, almost bitter aftertaste.

According to the Qur'an, the Sidr tree marks the highest boundary of heaven and from under it flow four rivers. On earth, the secret of this tree is reflected in its flowers, which produce the best types of honey. From the harsh terrain of the Yemeni land, rare trees, hard work, and experience gained through generations, these products come as a symbol of victory and patience.

Sidr honey is considered the best type of Yemeni honey and one of the best in the world, it is extracted from the nectar of Sidr tree flowers. Sidr honey is found in areas where there are Sidr trees, the most famous of these areas are Hadramawt and Al-Osaimat. Sidr is one of the finest & purest honey which comes from bees fed exclusively on the flowers of the sidr that bloom once a year.
